Back to the North Wall after an absence of a few weeks.

Seven o'clock on the North Wall...a perfect quiet, warm and sunny morning!

A Little Egret posing...Breech Pool
A group of young Starlings

A small group of Black Tailed Godwits preening in the pool.

In the bushes an odd combination...Yellow Wagtail and Reed Bunting.

In fact my first Yellow Wag of the 'autumn'.
The bird of the morning was the Sedge Warbler...they were everywhere!!

Looking very contented!

A youngster.

On the hunt.
This Reed Warbler proved very difficult to photograph!

On the other hand this Collared Dove was an easy subject!

Best birds of the morning were too far away in the middle of the harbour to photograph...three Eider Ducks kindly pointed out to to me by a local birder with a *60 'scope....even so difficult to spot!

Great to be back on my local 'patch'!
