July starts quietly.

 Very little to report this morning but nevertheless a superb summer day..  Linnets and Greenfinches with young birds in attendance and flocks of juv Starlings growing larger daily! A few Curlew on the mudflats (one partial albino or 'light phase' seen last year at this time),several redshanks but nothing of real note.
