The last seven days...a few reminders.


Hirundines have been moving along the coast most of the week comprising mainly Swallows and Sand Martins but today there was an influx of House Martins hawking insects over Pagham Rife..




The usual Godwits are spread throughout the harbour..

A single Common Sandpiper near the sluice gate.



The Spotted Redshank has been here in Whites Creek for some little while.






An evening walk was rewarding as I at last found the reported Spoonbill...albeit distant.








A favourite perch for the local Cormorant.



A fleeting glimpse of a Kingfisher.



A regular spot for a Little Egret viewed from the sluice.



A returning Wheatear.
