A non birding day....again!

Another rough day and more problems at high tide with the  Pagham Beach erosion problem. The BBC T.V. crew were here and it may get shown on local news tonight...

The TV crew with worried resident.

The rocks are now literally rocking in places  and several have already tipped over into the brink...as forecast by the 'locals'.
The sea is now eating into the western end of the revetment
...and breaking through the rocks at the eastern end.

...and more beach is being lost at every high tide beyond the western end of the rocks.
 Where will it all end?

Where will all our properties end up?

Arun District Council have promised me  they  'will be keeping an eye on things'!
